Weekly Wishlist: Lush

Hi everyone!

How’s your weeks going? I feel like I haven’t been as active on here and the rest of my social media. I’ve been working on some other stuff, but I miss you guys!

That being said, here’s another edition of Weekly Wishlist. Being that I need some new skincare products, I thought I’d feature Lush on this wishlist! Their products are amazing and you really can’t go wrong.

oatifix-360x360

1. Oatifix Fresh Face Mask

I’ve had this face mask before, and I love it. It smells like warm oatmeal, and is perfect for my dry skin. Because of the scent, I prefer using this in the colder months – which is perfect, because Winter’s coming up!

skindrink-1-360x360

Skin Drink Moisturiser

This moisturiser is also meant for dry skin. The ingredients, including avocado and aloe vera, are the perfect blend to rehydrate your skin.

HIWTK_GROUP-375x375

Honey I Washed The Kids Shower Gel

I’ve never actually used a shower gel from Lush before. A couple of my friends have, though not this one. It was the name that won me over – and the fact that I love honey, especially the smell!

honeybee-new-375x375

Honey Bee Bath Bomb

Of course, I wasn’t going to be able to make it through a Lush wishlist without including at least one bath bomb. Again, I’ve had this one before – and it was the best one I’ve ever used. It made my skin feel soft, and my whole house smell like warm honey. I actually want to stock up on these and dedicate a shelf in my bathroom purely for them, just in case they ever stop selling them.

porridge-375x375

Porridge Soap.

I thought this would be the ideal soap to combine with my face mask. Hey, even the honey products would go nicely – oatmeal, porridge, honey. I can smell the sweetness on my skin already!

Let me know what Lush products you’re lusting after in the comments.
Have you tried any of these ones?

I’ve heard so much about Lush products, but I’ve been told by my dermatologist to not use anything else except Epiduo on my face. So what can I use that won’t break me out? I really want to try it.

If you go to Lush, a consultant there will be able to help you! Unfortunately my only significant skin problem is dry skin (the opposite of yours!) so I’m not much help there, but here are a couple I think you’d be able to try (again, ask a Lush consultant before buying as they’ll know more about their products than me!) – herbalism cleanser, cosmetic warrior fresh face mask (apparently this is VERY good for acne/breakouts), imperialis moisturiser… Let me know if you try any & what you think, genuinely would love to know what you end up getting.

I’ve tried the oat fix before and it was amazing, but my go to Lush facemask is BB Seaweed. You mentioned you had dry skin and this helps so much. I have incredibly dry skin and this is amazing. Another honorable mention is the Mask Of Magnaminty, (I think that’s how you spell it) it’s only a little moisturizing but does make your skin glow and I like to use it when I’m breaking out. It also smells like mint and makes your face tingle in a good way. I’ll have to try some of these products also!!

Keira you are amazing with these recommendations!! I’ve saved both of these into my phone to remind me to grab them next time I’m near a Lush! Thank you 😍😍😍

[…] I was trying to resist the urge of having two Marc Jacobs perfumes on here – but I just couldn’t choose between them. Honey is a floral, warm, sunny scent – perfect for summer. I love that you can actually smell the notes of honey in this – it reminds me of that bath bomb from Lush I spoke about in my last Weekly Wishlist! […]

Peppermint face mask, how did I miss that? That sounds sooo good. I’ve used those two before! Sex bomb is definitely another one of my favourites, ugh… Kinda tempted to blow my whole month’s pay on bath bombs, now.

THE PEPPERMINT ONE IS INSANE… It feels minty on your face and ohh, it’s just amazing! I love going to sleep after a lush mask, I swear I catch myself petting my face in my sleep

I have a lush wishlist as well but Ive never tried them bc there isnt any near me. I would have to buy online. Which isnt bad but with buy things that have a scent itscdifferent than buying in person.

Aww, that’s true! I think you’re pretty safe with skincare stuff – the scents are usually very faint if at all!
