Christmas Chocolate Covered Pretzels
These salty, crunchy pretzels combined with the deliciously sweet white chocolate are an unbeatable force to be reckoned with this Holiday season!
  1. Put chocolate melts in a microwavable bowl, and drizzle the olive oil over the top & mix.
  2. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then in 30 second intervals until the chocolate has fully melted.
  3. Dip pretzels into the melted chocolate – I used one fork to push the pretzel under, and another fork underneath to lift it back up.
  4. Lay pretzels on baking paper to harden.
  5. While the pretzels are hardening, make your icing sugar, and seperate it – to however many colours you want to use. Add the food dye and stir.
  6. Once the pretzels have hardened, drizzle the coloured icing sugar over the pretzels any way you like – I just used a fork and kind of let it drip in lines.
  7. Allow icing sugar to dry, & enjoy!
