MY FIVE FAVOURITE PIECES OF CLOTHING
FIVE OF MY FAVOURITES
While I was channelling Eminem and cleaning out my closet, I decided to snap a few pictures of a couple of my favourite pieces of clothing to share with you. I’ve done a few cheeky Asos hauls these last couple of months, and all of my favourite pieces have come from there. Not #spon, I promise – I just really love Asos!

This dress is one of my newest purchases. I’d never owned a midi dress before, but when I saw this one, I knew I had to have it. It has a high neck line which I absolutely adore, and a shirred waistband which gives the dress a lovely shape. I bought this dress specifically to wear to my friend’s engagement party; but I’m also envisioning wearing it casually with a leather jacket & ankle boots!

I’ve been wearing this oversized shirt dress constantly since I got it. I’ve been pairing it with tights & black heeled boots, which I think looks super cute. However, as it’s almost summer here, I’m going to have to mix it up a little and try it without the tights as it will be way too hot.
Note: if you don’t like the oversized look, you could use a belt to cinch it in at the waist.

I’ve never really been the type to buy clothing with Disney characters on them – nothing against Disney, it’s just not my thing. However, I fell in love with this sweater the second I saw it. There’s something about the colour mustard I’m just completely diggin’ at the moment, and I really love everything about this. So far I’ve worn this with the front middle tucked into a pair of high waisted black jeans, and I love it for a casual look.
This other sweater is quite possibly my most adored thing, ever. It combines two of my favourites: 1) christmas, and 2) cute, cosy sweaters. It’s super comfy, and nice fitting – and I’m so excited that I’m going to be spending Christmas in Canada, so I’ll actually be able to wear this!

Although I think this jacket would be very pretty regardless, the faux fur collar is what sold it to me. It gives it a little somethin’ somethin’ to set it apart from other (faux) leather jackets. And, you can take the collar off to mix things up!
Unfortunately this jacket is a little too big for me. I was going to send it back and get a smaller size, but then I thought it would be perfect for having multiple layers on underneath. Since I’m going to Canada for Christmas, I will definitely need a lot of layering. So, I decided to keep it – the oversized look is one I love anyway, luckily!
Another cool thing about this jacket is the amount of pockets on it – and on the inside, which I love. It’ll make up for the fake pockets we girls are destined to have in our pairs of jeans (seriously, what is with that?)
