If you saw my post about redecorating my bedroom (which is still yet to happen), you’ll know I’m planning a huge makeover.
So for this edition of Etsy Finds, I decided to focus on my desk/office area. Currently I tend to use my laptop while sitting on my bed which is a bad habit I need to get out of. Having a cute work area will help me focus on my posts and not get distracted by games, netflix, etc.
How cute is this calendar? It comes with the stand, and of course the actual calendar pages. I think it’s good to have a calendar in your work station – when I’m at home, I always have to look it up on my phone and while that’s easy, sometimes when you’re in the zone you don’t want to be distracted – I know that if I grab my phone to check something on the calendar I’ll end up checking my Facebook notifications and sending about a dozen snapchats. (P.S – this is the same calendar used as my featured image at the start of this post.)
As pretty as this colour is, it’s the shape I love. Unfortunately, this doesn’t go with my colour scheme, so I think if I get it I would spray-paint it a dusty purple or grey. The page says they have it in grey, but as there’s no pictures I would prefer to buy this one and choose the shade myself. And I would use it for pens, though I am tempted to consider getting two so I can use one for my makeup brushes as well!
If you can’t tell by now, I love little knick-knacks, planters included. This one is particularly adorable, and I think the fact that it was 3D printed makes it really cool and unique (or maybe I’ve just been living under a rock and haven’t realise how common it is.)
I was looking for a cute book holder for a while, and this is the first one that caught my eye. Though, being in my bedroom, I obviously wouldn’t use it for a cookbook. I thought it might be a cute way to display my life planner/organiser, so I don’t miss anything I’m supposed to be working on that day.
I’ll be honest – I’m not 100 percent sure what I would use this for. But I do know it’s adorable and matches perfectly with the cookbook holder I posted (it’s by the same people.) I’m absolutely also considering that vase, too…
If you guys have a working space, I would love to see how you’ve decorated it! You can send pictures to email@example.com – or feel free to email me about whatever!
Until next time,
