Even though Halloween isn’t a huge deal in Australia, it’s still a lot of fun to browse all the spooky decorations that are sold this time of year. Not to mention, some of the decorations are good for all year ’round – who doesn’t love skull shaped things? I even have a skull tattoo on my upper arm.
Because this is 2016 and I’m lazy, I decided to look for decorations online – and want to share them with you on this post. So, without further ado, here are 12 spooky decorations you need this Halloween.

Of course, you can’t decorate for Halloween without including a skull. I have a similar one in my bedroom, but the top of the skull acts as a lid, and I store my USB’s and spare batteries in it.
Aren’t these so amusing? Maybe it’s the immature side (okay, okay, 90% of me is immature) of me, but I couldn’t help but instantly giggle at the thought of these zombie arms sticking up in my front lawn.
I love these purple bauble-looking lights in place of the traditional fairy lights usually used for holidays. The purple seems to give them a spooky vibe which is perfect for Halloween!
These are actually so gross, but perfect for the more gory people out there. I’m not sure any young kids would want to trick or treat at a house with these scattered across the yard – but hey, more candy for you. Win-win, right?
More adorable than spooky, but I couldn’t pass these little guys up.
I love this punch bowl! It’s a little more on the pricier side (or maybe I’m just cheap) but it would be so perfect for a Halloween party – hell, I’d use it any time of the year!
I feel like crows have a bad rep, being used for Halloween decorations. I guess they are kind of creepy, but I like them regardless. See how many kids get startled when they notice one of these bad boys staring at them.
As a crazy cat lady, I think this is more cute than creepy – I actually kind of want it just to chill in my bedroom. However, to each their own, and regardless of how you see it, this is a pretty cool Halloween decoration.
(There’s also a raven and a rat!)
Honestly, I don’t think I need to say anything about these. They’re just plain awesome.
I hope you enjoyed this post – I know Halloween is a while away but I’d love to hear about your plans and costumes etc!
